The iOCO Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and ensures robust governance across the Group. Executive team
Our executive team is responsible for driving the company’s strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. The team is structured to support our decentralized model, with experienced leaders at the helm of each of our five autonomous clusters, working in close partnership with our Group Chief Financial Officer. This structure ensures a direct link between our Joint CEOs’ strategic vision and the execution within our business units, fostering agility and accountability.
History
Our history began over two decades ago, growing into one of the most significant technology players on the continent. This journey has provided us with deep institutional knowledge and enduring client relationships. However, the most defining chapter of our story has been written in the last few years. Facing significant legacy challenges, we embarked on a deliberate and intensive turnaround strategy. This was not just a course correction; it was a fundamental reset of our business.

We undertook a rigorous process of strategic review, divesting non-core assets to sharpen our focus on our core ICT competencies. We rationalized our cost structures, removing complexity and creating a fit-for-purpose organization ready for the future.

We streamlined our organization into focused, autonomous business clusters, each led by empowered executives with clear mandates and accountability. This new model unleashed the entrepreneurial spirit within our businesses, enabling faster decision-making and greater client-centricity.

Our strategy delivered a decisive return to profitability. We stabilized our balance sheet, significantly reduced debt using cash generated from operations, and restored investor confidence. The full transition to the iOCO brand marked the beginning of a new chapter, built on a foundation of credibility, discipline, and performance.
